Kenlake is restricted to self-contained units only. The bathhouse will be closed for the 2024 season, but water, electric and dump station are available. No tent camping will be allowed if not on a campsite with a self-contained unit.
Sites have shared electrical hookups with adjacent site. Example; Site 5 & 6 share a hookup, 7 & 8 share a hookup, etc. The park is physically located in Aurora, Kentucky (eventhough our mailing address is Hardin, Kentucky, on the western shore of Kentucky Lake. It can be confused with Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. This campground is 55 years old and may not be suitable for today's large recreational vehicles. Many sites are smaller in size and do not feature defined living areas. Please note that the Kentucky Department of Parks permits the use of non-licensed vehicles in campgrounds, including golf carts, only by those individuals with a disability. This policy will be enforced for the safety of all guests. This Campground is in Central Time zone.
